Ketchikan filipino ministries

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15

FCC is committed to bringing the love of Christ to the Ketchikan, Alaska Filipino community. Alongside three other Filipino churches in the Alliance Northwest, we take turns leading monthly worship services there until God provides a church planter to continue the ministry full-time.

With passionate hearts, Pastor Joseph and members of FCC have been crossing the seas to “extend the table” to our brethren in Alaska—sharing the love of Christ, the joy of fellowship, and the hope of helping establish a Christian community where people can grow in faith and thrive together in these challenging times. Every trip is a testimony of God’s hand at work—providing, orchestrating, and opening the way for the sake of His Kingdom.

The first service, hosted by FCC on May 18, 2025, welcomed approximately 60 attendees, followed by service on June 15, September 21,  and December 6, 2025. For the other months—both in 2025 and continuing into this year—services have been faithfully hosted by three partner churches – True Life Fellowship – Bremerton, WA (Ptr Jonathan Ferrer),  International Bible Christian Fellowship – Lynnwood, WA (Ptr Doods Sente) and  Seattle Alliance Bible Fellowship – Seattle, WA (Ptr Sam Badon), reflecting a shared commitment to sustaining ministry in Ketchikan even when FCC is not leading.

Looking ahead, FCC will gather again on April 19, 2026, featuring a community-wide worship night in the evening. Additional FCC-led services are planned for August 2 and December 6.
