our history

“Your beginnings will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be.” (Job 8:7)

Filipino Christian Church (Formerly, Grace International Christian Fellowship) was founded in January 2002 by Pastor Ben Lee. We became officially affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Colorado Springs under the Pacific Northwest District the summer of 2002.

Through humble beginnings, Pastor Lee conducted worship within the living room of his SeaTac home. God continued to provide passionate families wanting to pursue Him through fellowship, and our congregational family grew! We moved to the Skyway Boys and Girls Club for our worship.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Pastor Lee took a sabbatical leave.

After much contemplation and prayer, God answered. In June 2004, Pastor Joseph Langub and his wife Norlin Langub took over the ministry. They relocated the congregation to a more convenient location at Life Change Church on Beacon Hill, Washington and changed the name to what it is today, Filipino Christian Church.

Currently, we are located in SeaTac, Washington at McMicken Heights Baptist Church.

Filipino Christian Church has grown to over 100 members serving the Lord. We have been blessed with a talented congregation, leading worship with a full set of instruments. The Men’s and Women’s Ministry provide opportunities outside of church to fellowship regardless of your residential location. Our youth and children’s ministry continue to build lifelong relationships with God and each other. The Filipino Christian Church family strives to intentionally serve God’s kingdom, both locally and globally.

What was once an ambitious dream that began in a living room, is now a prosperous reality.  We dedicate all success to our Almighty Loving God.
